Formal design documents, reports and calculations will be issued following the required design checks and internal reviews.
Contractors are responsible for carrying out dimensional checks before commencing the jobs.
Any party acting on behalf of the client may submit their own proposals or design changes after the project has concluded, however, it must be noted that design reviews are chargeable if the original design already obtained building regulations approval or more than two moths had passed or the alternative was a new design. Project changes are associated with delays and costs in case the original remit was varied.
Payment provisions are agreed during appointment and include generally payment on delivery of reports and deposits.
