Our favourite project is the structural renovation of a privately owned period
building designed by the famous Cornish Architect
and Former Major of Truro:
Rt. Hon. Silvanus Trevail (1852-1903).
We fondly remember our projects with awarded garden designers, both for their private family homes in Cornwall and for several gardening shows.
We have delivered nearly 500 projects safely and on time.
The Institution gained its Royal Charter in March 1934. It was established at The Ritz Hotel, London on 21 July 1908 as the Concrete Institute, as the result of a need to define standards and rules for the proper use of concrete.
All our work is reviewed internally. We do not carry out solo work.
We complete a few international projects per year, the latest ones being the structural design for a new low-rise hotel in Honduras and a nearshore pipe conduction in the Canary Islands.
Our ´How We Work´ brochure is available upon request.
